Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account data: name, email address, and profile details when you register
- Wallet data: your public blockchain wallet address when you connect a wallet
- Usage data: pages visited, courses viewed, and features used
- Transaction data: on-chain KENNY token transactions associated with your wallet
We do not collect or store your wallet private keys. Wallet connections use your browser’s injected provider (e.g., MetaMask) and remain fully under your control.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process course purchases and token transactions
- Determine your membership tier based on KENNY holdings
- Send service-related communications
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Blockchain Data
KENNY token transactions are recorded on the Polygon blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. Transaction data (wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps) is publicly visible and cannot be deleted or modified by FTH Trading. We do not link on-chain wallet addresses to your personal identity in any public manner.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, analytics)
- Law enforcement if required by law
We do not use third-party wallet services (e.g., WalletConnect, Coinbase relays) that route your connection through external servers. Your wallet connects directly to the Platform through your browser.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage for session management, theme preferences, and remembering your wallet connection. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Blockchain data cannot be deleted as it exists on a public ledger.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
