By accessing or using the FTH Trading platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

FTH Trading is an educational platform providing courses, reports, interactive labs, learning tracks, and token-based rewards related to finance, blockchain, tokenization, and related subjects. The Platform also operates the KENNY token on the Polygon blockchain for membership and reward purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including any blockchain wallet private keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. KENNY Token

The KENNY token is a utility token used within the Platform for course access, rewards, and membership tiers. KENNY tokens are not securities, are not investment products, and convey no ownership, equity, or profit-sharing rights in FTH Trading or any affiliated entity. Token purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
  • Distribute, modify, or resell Platform content without authorization
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activity involving KENNY tokens
  • Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including courses, reports, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of FTH Trading or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.FTH Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or KENNY tokens.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
